    The solution is not designed to replace financial accounting, but to establish an automated, user-friendly process that saves time when transferring documents to the accounting department. Developed in collaboration with tax advisors and accounting professionals, it includes an intuitive setup wizard, integrated charts of accounts, and automated account pre-assignment.
  • Receipts are everywhere:
    Companies must regularly process invoices—an effort that becomes significant with high document volumes. The solution enables the electronic extraction of invoice data from ERP systems and the automated transfer to financial accounting, optionally including document images. This eliminates duplicate data entry, speeds up posting processes, and allows for earlier month-end closing.
  • Additional benefits:
    In addition, the multi-tenant capable software includes an integrated payment module: transfers and direct debits are generated directly from invoice data whenever possible and transmitted to the bank at the click of a button.     In collaboration with pharmaceutical experts, EVAS has developed software that fulfills important documentation requirements in the pharmacy.
    It records incoming and outgoing quantities, origin, and destination, as well as inventory levels for narcotics. Built-in input aids help prevent errors and identify them quickly.

EVAS was founded in 1989 as a civil law partnership (GbR) and has been operating as a limited partnership (GmbH & Co. KG) since 2012.

Managing partner is Carsten Schult. He regularly works as a consultant and project manager and is very familiar with the challenges of software development thanks to more than twenty years of practical experience.

Location

The company has been based in Rüsselsheim since 2009. With its central location in the “Mainspitz Triangle” directly on the A60 Frankfurt/Mainz motorway, it is easily accessible for customers and employees. Cologne and Stuttgart are less than two hours away by car.

Our offices offer sufficient space for personal meetings and with a large conference room, also provide opportunities for training courses and presentations. The environment in the Office Twenty-M office complex offers opportunities for exchange with neighboring companies.
